Disputing Spamming Infraction

I was given an infraction for the following post.

I am arguing that the infraction is unwarranted because:

a) I'm telling the truth, the video was irrelevant

b) The original poster (Fatih) refused to provide the quotation that the video relied upon, suggesting it was made up or taken out of context. Sythe himself says the thread is irrelevant here.

c) Lastly, this was the second post Fatih had made on the topic, and the third similar video he had posted. They were all, to put it simply, rambling crap with no justification.


Also, I reported Fatih in that thread, which conveniently after several days hasn't been dealt with, even though his post was clearly more deserving of an infraction than mine. (here).
