Jagex Fails, Proof he scammed my Rs Account i payed for.

A few things you need to understand.
1. Jagex Fails blocked me on MSN.
2. He has refused to return my PM's via this account on sythe.
3. This left me with no way of contacting him.
4. I was recently unfairly banned, and did make a new account, iF2p, which i managed to contact Jagex Fails on. I am unbanned now, and now have the proof that i need to get this guy.
DATES ARE VERY IMPORTANT IN THIS ACCUSATION. PLEASE LOOK AT THE DATES OF EVERY THREAD AND YOU WILL SEE THAT HE VOUCHED FOR SELLING ME THIS ACCOUNT ( IL KUSTOM IL) , AND THAT MONTHS LATER CREATED A THREAD SELLING THE SAME ACCOUNT. You will also see in a PM, he admitted to not HAVING CONTROL OF THE ACCOUNT, and this proves he has recovered the account back.



Alright, first thing is first. Our trade. Here is a link to our trade that took place on 10-04-09. Be sure you notice at the bottom of the thread, he did infact vouch for selling the account to me.

Here is a little proof, that i did infact own the account. My e-mail is still registered, to this day, to that account. The accounts name is IL KUSTOM IL




Now that you have seen that, lets move on.

LOOK AT THE DATE OF THREAD. 2/2/10 is when this is created. PLEASE COMPARE THE ACCOUNT WITH THE ACCOUNT IN THE FIRST THREAD FOR COMPARISON, and ALSO LOOK UP ON THE HIGH SCORES THE ACCOUNT NAME. Again, IL KUSTOM IL. The accounts in the screenies are VERY VERY SIMILAR, and so are the stats on the High Scores. Again, do not forget to compare screenies with the thread he sold me the account, and the thread he created after vouching he sold the account to me.

Alright, as you can see i have provided proof of the following:
-Jagex Fails vouching he sold me the account ( IL KUSTOM IL ) for a 12 month xbox live code. (Thread made 10/4/09)
-Jagex Fails selling the same account ( IL KUSTOM IL, Screenies are almost exactly the same) again on 2/2/10.
-A pm from Jagex Fails on 3/21/10 Stating He had not had possession of the account since he had sold it to me.
-My receiving an e-mail from Jagex on 4/4/10 showing that my e-mail is still registered to the account.
