My Account LOCKED!?

i am not the origional owner of this account

but i have all the info
old ip new ip
old zip code new zip code
old passes new pass
old recoverys new recovers
old bank pin new bank pin
and have told them that i recently moved
but they denied my appeal?
anyone know how i could speak to somone about this?
or if anyone could help me unlock that would be great

Honestly, just keep sending in requests to unlock the account with all the information you have.

 

is it locked or is the password changed on you

It's locked because so many people are trying to recover..

 

then... i would say you wait it out... no point trying to recover when 23423523 others are too?

 

the information is correct hes a trusted guy i know him pretty well i trust that it is correct
they denied my appeal as of last night.
noone else tried to recover the account.
i told them i moved from : and gave them his ip adress and zip code
to : gave them my ip and zip code
when it asked for recoveries i put in the old recoveries instead of the ones i just set.
im e-mailing them non stop they keep saying i cannot discuss this account with you, you are not the origional owner if you have an account in which you do own then i will be morethen happy to discuss that one.

 

Creation Info is the key...I was trying to recover my account once and the appeals kept getting denied because I didn't have the creation date...Try and guess the year based on holiday items and put a random month and tell them you can't remember the exact day in the extra notes box.

i figure the account has been created in june 2006

anyone have any ideas as to how i should appeal?
i have only one transaction i.d and that is the most recent one

 

put 'I R PRO ' in the box..... always works for me

 

I just posted on a thread like this a minute ago, but if you payed by credit card for membership, the emails you get with the transaction ID's, give to them, put old PIN numbers you have in the extra notes, the older the info you have the better.

EDIT: Just saw the above post about one transaction ID. If you request all the transaction ID's from billing support they might possibly send them to you so you can throw them in there. Just give them your most recent one, and they can go back on however you paid and should be able to get the earliest one.

if you have any questions on an account you do own
please state them.

 

You could try contacting Jagex about this via the Runescape forums? That helped me one time...

im giving an account away when i get it unbanned to the person who helped the most.

ive e-mailed them countless times to that address
ive brought up a lawsuit, suicide i head that helps?
and other stupid stuff none of which worked
would it help if i got the guy hwo i bought it from to appeal to the lock ?

 

It would be good if you got the person you bought it off to provide you with the correct details or do it over teamviewer...
