Can someone help me put this script in? [new user]

I would like to put that script in scar so I can bot on RS, since I am lazy.

I saved it as a .txt and a .scar and tried opening it in Scar both ways, however it says it is missing a begin in line 1.
When I add a begin, it says it is missing an identifier in line 2.

Lol. So I am not sure where to go, if someone could explain this for me that'd be great. Thanks.
