PC on CB lvl 4 with 9hp! and scythe!

I'm wondering what this account is worth in cash and rsgp please thank you

when runescape started out. the accounts started out at level 9 hitpoints. still has 9 hp. attack is 4 or 5 tho by accident which raised cb to 4

This isn't true. Characters have always had 10 hp. When Runescape 2 came out, the formulas for xp to lvl changed. Don't know all the details on that...what's relevant is that if you had a lvl 3 character in Runescape Classic and converted him over to Runescape 2, he would have 9 hp. The vast majority of 9 hp characters have been lvld up to a higher constitution though.

Some people argue that these aren't worth more than 25M, but those aren't the people that are actually going to pay for them. There have been bids on such accounts between 60M and 100M RSGP. I won't let any of mine go for less than 75M RSGP.
