but.....
there are scammers that reck it
i think if your legit you should donate to the forum.
people that donate loose money so scammers wont pay
if they do and they do scam...
i dunno people give me some plans lol

Scammers will do anything to gain "trust", even if that means donating. Take a look at donation list and see how many are banned...

yh ok well i have been scamed in the past as im sure loads of you have
what about having the forum then for the black market and runescpae ebay where your paypal is linked to the runescape ebay so if you buy something it takes it out your paypal and the person selling it has to enter the account details and have it checked by a mod to make sure it works then they list it
