Infraction dispute

Here's my original post

Okay, so I'm looking to buy a pin and I come across this thread. It all seems good until I notice that he has 8 posts and claims to have 30+ vouches. When I click on the link to his vouches it leads no where, so I become suspicious. I make a post saying I wouldn't trust him (I never accused him of scamming, which is what I was infracted for)

Now what was I suppose to do, wait until someone was scammed before I posted that? No, I'd rather caution the buyers that he's claiming to have 30+ vouches when he really doesn't.

 

The infraction was already reversed(look in the expired column).
