What are some good f2p items to flip?

well i am kind of new to merchanting and only have around 10m, i would like to know what items i could flip. and could u also give me a example on what price to buy em and what price to sell em at. P.S. also if u know about a item u think is going to rise or bieng merched, please let me know. thanks
