Buying an Account [100% F2P][Pure]

Might get back into this game, and I'm potentially buying an account.

• I will NOT go first
• I support the use of an MM or an OMM (Must both agree)
• I will be paying by PAYPAL only
• Don't even attempt to scam me, I know every scam in the book...

The account I'm looking to buy must:

• Have never once been a member
• Have no recoveries, No bank pin
• Have no more than 60 attack
• 1 defence, no higher
• 1-44 prayer
• Strength level of 80+ (exceptions)
• Ranged level of 70+ (exceptions)
• Mage level of 55+
• Will not pay extra for non combat skills in particular unless I really like them

I am very lenient with stats, although I'm going to be strict with the fact that it must never have been a member. The account must not have any bank pin, recoveries, etc.

You will provide all information (Creation details such as: Ip adress, internet service provider, country, postal code, city, state/province, etc. Previous recoveries, previous passwords, everything necessary to recover the account).

You MUST be the original owner.
