AutoChopper Advice

Ok so i've been using AutoCHopper NX from autofighter and it has gotten me from 83 to 87 in 4 days. I was wondering how to reach 99 quickly, but without a high chance of getting banned would be nice considering that this is my main account. So basically what I am asking is:
How many hours a day on average should I bot it?
And any other helpful advice you guys can come up with would great.

Second switch around skills, like train say defence for a few hours, then switch to woodcut and switch it up again. switch up training spots also. talk to people a little. dont bot over 18 hours a day if your concerned about your account .
