The rules were very simple I deliver the Key. FREE & You vouch the Legitimacy of the key after he received it he logged off and refuses to VOUCH the LEGITIMACY of the key which was one of the guidelines to receiving this key.

Sad to see someone scam off a free item.

I know you guys don't accept chat logs but here is the previous convo from 2 days ago.. where he keeps ducking me..

I censored out certain info on the key so that I don't lose my account with tune-up or give his key to anyone else..

Please.. All He was to do was vouch which he's neglecting to do/refusing to do..

A scam is a scam.

Chat logs aren't proof and the 1 screenshot you provided isn't enough..

Plus you don't have to vouch and you can't force anyone to vouch. A vouch is done when either member believes the other is trustworthy and it cannot be bought or sold.
