Abit of help PLease

Hey - hope i can get this sorted i have joined sythe awhile ago then i left due to family problems i came back and forgot my user and pass and what email i signed up from i know the user was Master xp i would love to get that back as i had many vouches on there and quite few friends but what will it take to prove im the real owner maybe if someone could remind me what email i used to sign up to that account i could try and get it back!

PM an admin with all the info you think that would help them prove that it is really yours.
