My Pure

Was stolen, I recovered, now it has 8 def.

It is 53 Combat, I only F2P pk!

Attack: 40
Strength: 70
Defence: 8
Range: 74
Prayer: 1
Magic: 60
Constitution: 60

What to do with it now? Keep 8 Defence, get 10 Defence, 20, or maybe even turn it into a Rune Pure? You guys decide for me.

Or 70atk 99str 99range 94mage and 20def

leave it 8 for now.

If your gonna leave it @ 8. Even it @ 10 and go for 60Att 85str+ 70rangemage is a bonus

Im guessing you range 2h so personally I'd leave it as is and continue pking, orrrr get 10 defence for the hard body/black.

If you were going to get def up higher though, i'd say leave it at 20 def max, until you were 90+ range, then get 40.

 

I'd get 10 defence, you'll still own.

 

If you only F2P pk, then I suggest either leaving it at 8 or preferably training two more levels and get it to 10 and become a black pure. They're quite effective and it's worth getting if you're already 8 Defence.
I wouldn't suggest getting 20 Defence if you're only F2P pking as mithril pures arn't all that great in F2P. A rune pure is definately a possibilty if you don't seem to like having 10 Defence.

Rune pure imo, as 8 def fails epicly (and anything above, I do have a 5 def account, and it's terrible).

 

It would be so much easier to start again and stay at one defence.

 

Not when you use soul wars are already have 2-3 Range/Strength levels higher than everyone else in F2P. The defence really didn't hurt me, but it looks so ugly.

I think I'll get 10 Defence for now and wait until 85+ Range to get 40 Defence.

I would just make a zerker, I have a 5 def pure, but a zerker as well, so I am keeping the def at 5, good luck.

If you decide to stick with 8 def, it really wouldn't be all that bad. I mean obviously you got an extra couple combat's, but you'd still be handing more damage than a typical main matching your combat level in pvp, without a doubt.

80 Strength
90 Range
60-70 Mage
Range 2h and Binding+Spells.
Epic win.
