Robes - b& for advertising

I was just banned for advertising, but i'm not sure why.

Could someone please explain? The only two websites i've posted are:

1. RSBot's googlecode page
2. Hackforums.net, because I was explaining how a "cracker" someone posted was obviously a Keylogger/Remote Administration Tool.
