    Tengauge didn't do anything wrong..

This is Regulation-X. I just have been somewhat viewing the forums and all of tengauges disputes and everything, and what has been being said and everything that has been going on with it.

I want to personally tell everyone that tengauge DID NOT pay me anything to lie for him or to help him get unbanned, and a matter of fact the 50$ he sent me failed and I will show a picture of my last transaction received on paypal here you go:

Now, I did work with James his stupid ass messed it all up when backstabbing me and giving the proof to tengauge, but i laughed my ass off when he lost it or whatnot and fucked it all up, but the conversation between jamesa and I that was all real, you cannot tell me those pictures tengauge posted form james that showed him an i talking on that exact day he posted them was edited, because i will personally show my logs of that day, but that picture of the conversation was all fucked, and if i didnt delete it form my computer i would show that it did say exactly what tengauges logs showed

i personally was just attacking cloudsword and since tengauge was cloudswords cousin i was pissed and wanted tengauge banned too, but these past few days i have been reading through the forums about tengauge and people he has worked with and what he has done even when he was a mod, and this kid is a respected really nice guy, and i feel really bad that i had done this to him because of my anger to someone so respected i notice about 3 of you mods hate him, but all the other ones dont and this community loves him and loved him alot when he was a mod, seeing that thread where he done over 400 scam reports cause it says 63 pages, 20 threads per page

hes a great guy and does nothing to people but try to help them and give them thigns they want and everything he sacrafices stuff he has and owns just to make other people happy, and i feel bad because i pulled a bunch of bullshit because i was pissed off at cloudsword and wanted my cake and eat it to, that i wanted tengauge to go down with him, and ruining the change of other people of this community and newer members getting to meet someone that would dig out of his own pocket to satify other people, why he does it idk thats on him, lol i personally actually not only me most of 94% of people would never do that their out for them selfs

this is me personally telling you that tengauge has not givem me anything paid me anything done or said anything personally he has me blocked after the day with farcast and me admitting to him i lied and pulled some strings, he also had my msn gone for about 2days, thats why everytime tengauge posted something i would post anywhere and everywhere finding something wrong with his post luahg about it and try to get it removed which i done quite well.

i dont see why there has been nothing being done about such a respected member being unbanned and its just left int he dust as if he was some random unknown member who was said to be a scammer, i feel thats some pathetic shit and not on tengauges part either, and that rule you have on him for vouching the way its worded he does have a VERY VERY good point in the matter and the vouch rule is very iffy now that this had happened as it was NOT specific and his logical thinking on why that rule was established proves a valid point as he says and i am sure alot of people will agree, and i think considering the reason on him for being banned changed like 3 times, that it was just backfired on why the rule was made to have something else on him

but this needs to be all considered i am the one that reported cloudsword and then came up with some shit to throw on tengauge which was all bullshit just to watch him go down and burn for it too peace out

I don't know how all of this got archived, but this needs to be brought up. This is 100% written by Regulation-X (check the I.P.'s) and is a written account that will corroborate Tengauge's reports (that were also hidden AND archived with no response).

As well, below is a post clearly showing that Tenguage12 claimed cloudsword was his cousin, publicly, on Sythe.org. There is no way it can be said he faked a vouch because he "didn't publicly announce their relationship" to one another, because he did, months prior to the incident.

    http://www.sythe.org/showpost.php?p=5450391&postcount=11

As the screenshots had suggested they only knew each other for a few months, these were faked, and Regulation admits that here in this dispute.

In the screenshots released by Tengauge (hidden in the archives) Bewood and Regulation exchange this link with the following "faked" picture.

    http://littlebigmods.net/bewoodstash/forRegX.png

It is a legitimate link and backs up Tengauge's side of the story.

To any moderators wishing to see, the other reports can be found below:

    http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=777761 (Report #2)
    http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=777847 (Report #3)

EDIT: On a final note, that was brought to my attention, is that John is currently banned because the rule states that if you do not publicly acknowledge the other user that you vouch as an irl acquaintance or family member, etc., it is considered fake vouching. Now if it was some random person you know irl or a family member that you vouch for no reason what so ever, I would understand, but given that the vouch was given for a service, I don't see how that rule can apply to this situation. Even if they are family, a vouch could have still taken place between John and a random user, it makes no difference. Just my 2 cents.

Support his unbanning. I wasn't involved, but from what I read - and given this post - he looks innocent.

I also support the unbanning of Tengauge.

This thread says it all really. If the person scammed even acknowledges John had nothing to do with it and shows he wasn't paid off then I don't know what can bring John back.

Even though this whole situation was a mess I feel all the pieces are in place now, and they're all in John's favor.

Touching upon the vouch ban he received, I'd have to agree with r33l. Does it really make a difference? A service is a service.

I locked and archived this thread, as the issue has been beaten to death, and Reg's claim is as weightless as the fake proof Bewood posted: he was already banned for evading, and only wanted his refund. See my comments in the last dispute.
