If this is with the dragon bolt enchantment glitch, Jagex are banning accounts for it, so I wouldn't be offering a service that is likely to get someone banned. If not, free bump.

 

He is saying he has a method of turning all the duped bolts into cash. Read the post.

To OP, are there any reqs for your method besides equal amount of cash?

 

There is 1 quest required, but I don't like to say which. It's like a standard quest, everyone who has the required money would probably also have the quest done.

 

When/Where did Jagex say this? Everyones saying they did but I don't see it on the forums anywhere...
