I Am a pure and i have 90 range 1 def 44 pray i am willing to give 2-4 pins depending on your skill at getting the cape and i have all gear needed , and the lvls needed.

as i am an old member and i was trusted back in the day i only accept trusted fire capers not anyone with 100- posts and no proof that they have done at least 5 capes i am willing to vouch for them.

i would do my own cape , but i recently broke my arm so i cannot do it , so the most trusted person to post here will most likely be the one i choose

 

Pins go for ~$5.00 each (being generous). Pure capes like yours (from what I've seen) go from $20.00 - $30.00. Hopefully you find someone willing to do your cape for 4 pins

 

tbh with you pure capes do cost that much , but seeing as i can get one on my own if my arm wasnt broken , and my range is pretty good then i think its for 4 pins
