Buying staff doesn't really in my opinion make you a good staff member, i think earning it would actually make members loyal to you as a staff member.

Also any server that accepts rs accounts for staff usually will close in a few months due to the owners focusing on they're new rs accounts ( hense the ones everyones given him )
