My friend can't apply to sythe

Ok, so I do free services, skills, and stuff, and I did 7k flax for someone, and they gave me a $1.20 donation . Anyway back to the point he wanted to give me a vouch, but he needed to sign up on sythe, and he just keeps saying every time I get to the next page, there's just a white screen, so I went on team viewer and a white screen, can someone sort this out, there’s a picture below to what’s happening and I can say I'm baffled, We checked the email, and no confirmation has been sent and checked the junk box as well.
