    I was wondering...can you send money through PayPal from Debit Card Verified accounts to non-corporate accounts?

    I was about to seal a deal and then tried sending the money when it showed me that the recipient was unable to receive any cash. The recipient then asked his friend to send him a dollar and it worked, so it's probably a fault on my end...any ideas?

    A verified paypal can send to someone who isn't verified. (i think that's what your saying?)

    I'm not verified I have a credit card on my paypal I can send or receive cash.
