need help unlimiting my pp

Hi, Im not sure if this is against the rules to post this or if this is the right section for this. I have a paypal account that has $34 USD on it and I want it verified or either sent my other acc (My other acc is a Premier Canadian so you can send/receive money on it.) (I don't have a credit card or Bank account) Anyways I will give $2-$6 to someone who helps me get it verified.

I could also throw in a RS acc with 200k and a snow globe.

I've got 2 PayPal accounts, my main PayPal got limited, so I created a new one.

You can't just UN_Limit it that easily, unless you could add a bank account + credit card with the same info as your PayPal profile.

If you can't then I suggest you file a complaint in the resolution center saying "My account is limited for no reason... blah... Can I have my account unlocked after 180 days.".

Then your PayPal will be limited for 6 months, I know, its a long time.

If you want to create another PayPal, clear your internet cache, cookies, etc, and change your IP.

Changing your IP by restarting the modem, by software, or any other way does really reduce the chance of getting limited, you don't have to, but it'll help.

This will not help. The only way to un-limit any paypal account is to either talk to them. If that doesn't work, then you would have to do what they say by submitting your information.

 

I want to know if there is another way...
