doesnt quite meet all your requirements, but it has the important melee stats and 1 defense. Could easily turn into a beast with just a tad bit more work. let me know f your interested.

Quite low mage/range but it has the money to do it (has money to buy d claws)

 

Sounds good. Keep in mind I wouldnt be asking for anywhere close to $250 for it, plsu it will be nice to deal with someone trusted : P
