Well this is the story.
My paypal got limited because of idiots reversing their money , I had 700 but 2 ppl reversed 200 usd ea so i was left out with 300 usd. And paypal decided to Limit my account.

So I sent them an A4 page long text. And It got accepted i could finally take out my money!
