no? meaning that tht "king joey" is temp ban because some1 hacked it and changed the password and i told a mod to temp ban it so that "hacker" woundnt scam some1 else.

 

Regardless if it was hacked or not, you can't make a new account in the mean time. It is ban evading. Make a dispute in the ban section and have an admin look at this.
