Something I think that would benefit the signature is maybe removing/rubbing away the cool blue filter on certain sections of the focal, make it a bit warmer in certain parts. I'm not sure why.... but I think it would help out a little with the overall composition, defining the curves and shape of her face and more specifically her cheekbones.

 

Now that I see that, I do agree. It's a bit too bland ^_^. And now that I see it, I didn't use any extra contrast layers. Those seem to be needed.

 

I'm not a great fan of the colouring, otherwise composition's pretty nice
