Infracted for no reason.

I have been infracted because I called someone a scammer because he was selling the same account as an other sythe member who has been banned, a ban evader. I had posted a thread in the scammer section and it involved the proof I gaved, unfortunatly the mod denied it. So I tried again with more proof and the mod denied it again because of lack of information. Alright so I gave it up and posted at his thread trade with caution to warn other people this account is original from a sythe user who has been banned. Then I got this infraction. I have no problems with editing my message on his thread and tell him my apoligies, but I just warned possible traders to watch out.
