Fact: All Runescape accounts are recoverable, even if they have no recoveries set or E-mail set.
Therefore, if you are providing account information to the buyer, then you have information to recover the account, which in turn makes your reasoning for the buyer going first invalid. I would advise you to atleast give the option of using an MM, or even ging first to highly trusted Sythe users, otherwise you will mostlikely not sell the account, or just have the Paypal payment charged back.

 

Only other information I have is previous passwords, which I will give.
I'll go first to extremely trusted members, but it's up to me to be the judge of that.
I do give the option for an OMM, but I can't pay for one as I have no money in Paypal.

Actually, you can also use PREVIOUS recovery questions to recover the account, because of the level of this particular account, I'm pretty sure it's had previous recovery questions set. Also this account should be treated with caution and a OMM should be used under ALL circumstances.

 

I could give previous bank pins, but I can't give any previous recovery questions because I don't remember them.

I agree that an OMM should be use whether or not the account can be recovered or not, as I would not expect anyone to trust me as I haven't made any deals like this on here.

If anyone makes an offer, I will subtract the OMM from that offer, and take the money that is left. If that makes sense, I couldn't really think of a way to explain it.
