    * State why you were: I had a bad trogen on my computer, so I asked "Smf" I believe was his name to ban me for hacked until I fix the problem.
    * I have my computer 100% clean from Future Shop, and I will post screen shot of my computer scan.
    * State the moderator who banned you: "SMF" I think.
    * Additional information goes here and in subsequent bullet points

    *I asked to be banned till I fixed my computer
    *Got my computer fixed, and now is clean
