My Name is Khan scammed me

    My Name is Khan scammed me
    He was supposed to sell me a 3 month game card but when I paid he never gave me the code or anything.

    I gave $13/£8.06 as a gift through PayPal and then he asked me for my acc details to activate the membership so I gave him it and he never replied. After a while he logged out. My account has been untouched and I have changed my pass but he still has my £8.06. Can a moderator atleast get my money or my membership?

    I will give moderators the PayPal screenshot if they ask.
