Why did I get banned

My sythe account 'Harker' got banned and it says it got banned for guide scamming. If the mod who banned me saw my rwt guide thread, I've already given the guide to the person. There are screenshots on the thread. That person, however says that he will only take down his scam reports if I give him a pin.

well I don't see how it's against the rules to not give someone a free pin when they ask for one.

Please, unban my sythe account.
