    Infraction for posting warning

    I found the infraction here:
    http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=745435&highlight=jackp18

As you can see I posted a comment about the user being a scammer, but since I posted without proof it was apparently ground for a infraction. Please note that the user in question is now BANNED for scamming, therefor my warning was completely appropriate.

Everyone gets scammed once in a while and we don't always collect the proof needed to make such accusations. However I have NEVER lied about someone being a scammer and if you check all my posts you can see that every warning I placed has been justified so far. (except for the warning in bonds thread, he isn't banned yet even though there is now a scammer report with proof about him)

If this post is truly worth a infraction then I will stop posting the warnings all together as I dont want to get banned for trying to help people.

The rules say you need proof before accusing someone of scamming. I could just say that you scammed someone and that's why you're banned. Your help is appreciated with the warnings but please post proof along with your claim.
