keep working! 70 range and 70 strength will do you GOOD! =)

 

Get around 5-30m
Get 70+ Range, and 80+ Strength.
Don't get magic, buy lots and lots of Outfits && G-Mauls.
Make sure to buy food aswell, and potions.
Also make sure to spend all of the money.
If you can pk, then you'll make that back, probably double.
That's usually what I do with my accounts.
(not all G-maulers).

try aim for 75+ range and 70 str as short term goals
and at least 45 mage just for teleing around, teletabs annoy me haha.
you should edit your long term goals in too.
