idk, its banned atm, but idk its telling me i need to add a new payment option

 

That happens when someone calls in to remove a credit card from an account. It bans the account to prevent whoever stole it from using the card or playing on the account. Once you add a credit card to it then it should be fine. But it HAS to be a credit card. No 3 month card or xbl time cards.
