Xbox 360: Need Wireless Connection Help

So my xbox is connected by wireless. I live in a big house and the ceilings are tall. My xbox is on the next floor, above my router. Every time I go to play a game - it just has to fucking lag.

I have the ports open on my router, but it still says the fucking NAT thing is Moderate

try resetting your router, i had this when i first got xbl

 

I had my ports open, but I remember Xbox technical support saying something about UPnP (Universal Plug n' Play).

Called up my router manufacturer and they had me check a box and type in my xbox ip, and that was it..

I had the same kind of problem, i can't remember what i did i think i logged into my bt account and fiddled around with it, now my NAT is always open
