Buying phat < white, your method

Hey all, I am looking to buy a phat for paypal ONLY. Meaning, you would need a method to transfer it to my account.

I would suppose that would mean you would have to x-fer the GP for it to my account first, then trade it back to yourself for the phat. Well, I really have no idea at all, but that's why I'm not an expert .

Anyway, I am looking to pay an amount >$150 USD for a phat > white.
It seems reasonable to me .

I WILL NOT be going first to anyone who in my opinion isn't 100% trusted.
I'm not asking you to go first, but I am asking that you find an OMM for the trade, that you finance, seeings' I am paying the USD.

Just a little fyi, I do not have a partyhat I am interested in selling but the lowest priced party hat in runescape cash is about 268 million. Assuming the low price of $2 per million, that translates to about $536 cash so you should probably change your starting bid of 150 to a bit higher to interest people considering the only party hat i think is greater than white is blue which is 440.5m / $881. This does not factor in the fact that party hats are selling trade + paypal which means some one probably will not sell you for just face value. Just my two cents.


P.S. This also may belong in black market trades since you wish the person to xfer the money onto your account.
