Noob Pker just scammed me for 2 green h'ween masks

He's been reported as a scammer already by multiple people. See his vouch thread. I have the full MSN conversation but since the last guy to accuse him was told "chat logs are no good" here's a screen shot up until he logged off on me. See my original thread as well. He needs to be perm banned ASAP before he hurts more people who the money might mean more to.

Also decided to login to a different email to verify he was still online and simply blocked me rather than logging off.
