this is the post "im acussing the guy" and when infraction was put, today the guy was already ban that make no sense

i only was saying to dont trade to that guy he is a scammer

the account that the guy scam me. it was via pm and i know, is my fault but he still a scammer or im wrong ?


I Posted this yesterday and the mods say i doesnt have the proof OMG i send a PM to tyro with the proof and he didnt reply me. and he search other old post and infrection me again of spam

Okay, first of all. Tyro did not go looking through your other posts just to infract you for spamming. If you were infracted, it is because their was a report made on one of your posts in the "Report a Spammer" section. He is one of only a few mods who actually consistently goes through the reports and tries to complete them.

As for the first infraction you received, you have no legitimate proof of him scamming. The screenshots you provided were edited and it did not PROVE he scammed. Regardless if the account was banned, you are not allowed to accuse someone of scamming without sufficient proof. If you think someone is scamming, or they did in fact scam you, you should have filed a scammer report in the "Report a Scammer" section with the proper evidence.

Both of the infractions were warranted and will stay.
