Ouch's 3rd ban appeal.

Yeah so after being banned for over a year now, I have decided to make another appeal.
My first account "i gt skill i" was banned for "Sigex" and I cant be Sigex atall, I dont have an AUS IP or anything, im from England, and will try to prove that by any means neccesary.
At the time of the ban, I was unaware of what/who Sigex was, therefore not appealing, and creating another account called Ouch.
This was banned shortly after I achieved 700 posts or something I think, then later unbanned by Shredderbeam who accepted the appeal.
Then FG4 was aware that I was a ban evader, but didnt realise I was unbanned because it was all a mishap. At this point Shredderbeam was no longer admin, he also made a post in the mod forums, which was deleted when it was cleaned out. I am hoping you will accept my appeal, I can try and remeber the pass to "i gt skill i" and I remeber the pass to "Ouch."
Please help.
