[Paypal]Buying visa gift card[Paypal]

Listen guys,i have limited paypal acc with 120$ in it,i have a visa gift card,but it has only cents,or 1$ with some cents,but i need 1.5 or 2.5 euro or 3.5 euro for a charge to register my paypal card to my account,to get it unlimited,i also sended picture of my passport.or maybe any one knows how to unlimit paypal account? i would give ya 10$ after its done.It asks me for a address confirmation and credit card.Please help me,send me a pm with your offers.

 

visa gift card dont work. ive tried it it took away my money from the visa, but my acc didint get confirmed

 

I got another paypal account,that is verified by a visa gift card.I deleted that card from my another paypal account and tryed to add it on another account,but the gift card did not had 1.5euro that they request for.
