    I have Reason 4.0.1
But I cannot make music without a Master Keyboard. This is a bootlegged version I registered [LOL].. But should I buy one, is it worth it? Or just uninstall it?

If he should buy a real keyboard. How can't you pick that up from where he says..

"should I buy one, is it worth it?"

I've heard some good shit be produced with Reason, it has a good reputation.
The proper producing program is Logic, but I'm pretty sure Reason is the next
best thing. I'm in the same position as you and I think I'm gunna just buy a
    cheap one from somewhere.

To what you said about not being about to make any music without the actual keyboard,
    You actually still can.

Here are the links I used to using a virtual keyboard and you just use the
middle row of keys and bottom row of keys as the keyboard. But a proper
keyboard would be a lot better.

But here is the link to the tutorial for setting it up anyway.

Follow those steps it tells you and it should work for you. Good luck :)
