Yesterday I was just playin some runescape when my laptop froze up wich was odd because EVERYTHING froze. The cursor and the keyboard everything. I restarted my computer and now it just get's stuck at the loading screen with "Microsoft Corporation" at the bottom.

Before it started freezing up I got a little error saying "Toshiba flash card" has stopped working if that has any relevance to it.

I know my computer stuff I didn't download anything or such but I don't know what to do in this situation I can't get into safe mode or anything nothing works.

If anyone can help me that'd be great.
