New Password Does Not Get Sent

I decided to see if I could recover my password (it was hacked. and has been for the last week.), and so I got the email that it's supposed to send you. Then it told me to click on this link to return to the site. The following page on the site told me that a new password was sent.

- The new password WAS NOT, and STILL HAS NOT been sent to me
- I don't have my current password, the system removed it but did not replace it
-It has been about 5 hours and I still do not have an account

It essentially will delete your password. . This is also a warning to others who try to recover their accounts.

Check Spam and Trash Bin. Click Recover Password via Email again.

 

Jesus fucking Christ... read the post it's not getting sent at all fuck sake.

Heaps of people have complained about this and I am surprised Straggler did...
