Finn, it has come to my attention at the recent flaws in the infraction system. After Jcash did 4~5 months of spam reports
in merely 1 day, numerous people were banned by recieving multiple infractions which were mostly given for spam concerns.
Even though I understand the concerns of the Sythe community that post count leads to trust for new members, we must acknowledge
that there are many places to obtain a higher post count without much effort, such as typing "support" in the
"Suggestions" or "Community" or "Feedback" forums. Spam plays a large issue only when it is inflammatory or serves as a hinderance
to the sell of an account of something. Yet, when it is used out of respect for one's account or is slightly irrelevant it should
not be punished since, as a friendly community, people should not have to meticulously review their messages so that it does not
violate any Sythe rules. This goes against the whole concept of a community and most posts are innocent without a harmful intent
and should not be categorized the same way as actual, hurtful or annoying "Spam."
In addition, it is absolutely unjust for people to recieve 5+ infractions in 1 day and immediately get banned. The rule for
5 infractions is meant so that people will have multiple chances to correct their mistakes. For example, most are not aware that
they are spamming until warned so by moderators through the means of an infraction.Yet, when one recieves 5+ infractions in one day,
they are immediately banned without awarning or a chance to correct their mistakes. Please understand what I am trying to say.
