    Buying Visa Prepaid Gift Card
    Hey everyone, I am very interested in buying a Prepaid Visa Gift Card. I cannot send cash from my Paypal account, and with the Visa, I will be able to.

    I currently have 15 dollars on my Paypal account, and I will be glad to screenshot it if you want proof.

    I will not go first because I cannot send cash yet... unless you want me to pay you with something else (such as questing etc.) As soon as you sell me the card, I will lift my sending limit, and then pay you what we agreed on. Thanks.

    Lyrical Disaster wanted me to go first, and he would only take a Runescape pin... since i cant send cash i couldnt pay him. As a result I still need one.
