Thepepsiway Dispute a ban/appeal

Ive been banned for the wrong reason. Here is all info needed for my unban.

Hello.
I have been banned, and now i'm appealing because it's not right.

My explain:

I was selling him the account, he sended me money, i gave him the account user and pass only. Next day he was gonna sent me the other half, then i tested my info of the account which i was supposed to give him after i receive the second half of the money. So i recovered the account, to test the info and delete the recoveries for him. At first he tought he was scammed but then i told him and he was fine, then i spoke to him the next day, and he sended me the rest of the money. Now, i know that i was igorning him, that was because the paypal account was stolen. And guess what happend a few hours later, the money got on status 'held' How is this possible if he sended as gift hmm?
Well, anyway i have refunded the money. He told me that he would delete the thread, i guess he din't cause i accused him of scammer etc, cause i think that he stole that paypal account or what ever.
Anyway here are pictures as proof.












Alright so i think that these screens are enough proof that i have refunded the money right? If more information needed, i have msn [email protected]

Then he locked it, and i din't get a chance not to reply, which i think is very sad. Anyway, when that kid posted that scam report about me, at that moment he tought that i scammed him, but i din't i was just away, later i talked to him and he said oh oke alright i'll delete the thread, but then he got temp banned and wasnt able, so i got banned.

SO.. For real, i din't scam no one and i should get unbanned,
