Wow life in prison seem a little harsh. Like i could understand 10 years maybe even 20 but life especially for a 13 year old i dont think so.

 

Exactly maybe 5 years at most but life sentence c'mon.

 

He deserves the same sentence anyone over 18 would have gotten. No exemption.

 

He should go to prison until the old woman dies. That way she has the comfort of knowing he's in jail until she's no longer around.

However, that's purely disgusting, and he should also have to attend therapy for the rest of his life.

Lifetime is way too long for a 13 year old. Even a 10 year sentance would completely fuck up his life. He would also mature as the years go by and would realize how big of a mistake he made.

 

Seeing as how.. Pedophiles that get lured to houses like on Dateline NBC only get a few years, some times more/some times less.. No they didn't rape any one, but they WOULD of, its completly obvious, why are there convicted pedophiles on the street?

How do you figure? The law is set up so that minors get less time and less serious punishment then if you were an adult. Well unless your tried as an adult but still life for a thirteen year old is way to much. I think he should have some jail time and have like a metal health evaluation befor his release to make sure he wont move on to 90 year olds when he gets out.

 

Life without parole? I can see why he'd be jailed but I don't understand why life :S
