Actually, the correct term is "Scheißekerl" (Pronounced Shy - sse - kurl) Scheiße is one word pronounced fluidly but it's not like Shesse!

Brownnoser - Der Arschkriecher (The a*s-crawler) (Pronounced - Der Arschkrycherr)
