This person messages me out of the blue on msn and starts PMing me obscenities and was being very vulgar. Would not tell me who he is and claimed to have my IP address implying that he could do something with it. Recited back to me a completely wrong IP.

Only two of his accounts that are banned but I've found others. This should be sufficient proof to ban him again.

I suggest an IP search for any other accounts he may have.
