Custom Account Request

Hey guys,

I'm looking for quotes from VERY TRUSTED individuals on here to make a custom account I'm looking for. Many of you may have seen me recently looking to buy a pure account, however due to the many of scammers on here and the fear of an account recovery down the road I would like to have one made instead. The quoted price should be for a HAND leveled account with you supplying the materials needed to level it (I will be supplying you with the account). I am in no hurry for the account to be finished as long as it's within a timely matter. The stats that I am looking for are:

Attack: 60
Str: 90
Defense: 1
Range: 90
Prayer: Prefer 1, but will go with 43 if it's a lot cheaper
Magic: 94
Hit points: 90+
