I Got Infracted [Remake]

I guess I missed a few points on my last appeal makign me look like a sarcastic dumbass. So Im reposting with a little extra info.

Anyways, someone was selling a yellow partyhat for RSGP + USD. I said something along the lines of this "10 bucks for yellow" and it got infracted.

Anyways, the average price of a yellow for medium trade price + USD is around 25-30 dollars.

So, being I was the first one to bid, I feel that was a fair and legitimate amount to bid.

I personally have bought one yellow from RSbot for 25 dollars (mikehershey) and I have seen another for sale by CMOTdibbler for 30 dollars.
